This collection of five serviced villas offers a home from home on a secluded beach mid-way up the Keralan coast. Ranging in size from one bedroom to three, there’s a villa to suit most people.

‘Lotus’ is a very large new 2 bedroom beachfront villa in a traditional Kerala style full of antique furniture. Lotus is next door to our Palm Villa with wonderful views of the ocean and provides shared retreat facilities for all Marari Villas guests (swimming pool, sea-view yoga deck and Ayurveda massage rooms).

‘Bougainvillea’ is located 100m from ‘Palm’ and ‘Lotus’ and is right on the Beach. The villa offers stunning panoramic sea views from all rooms, direct access to the beach, private courtyard garden with sun loungers, outdoor dining, day bed and Ayurveda massage area.

‘Palm’ is a stunning three bedroom villa is located just meters from the Arabian Sea, with a private sandy beach garden. Wake up to the sound of the sea, laze in the sandy beach garden or sit on the veranda and spot the dolphins while sipping a cool drink.

‘Orchid’ is a charming 1 bedroom cottage within 3 minutes walk of one of the most beautiful parts of Marari, where the backwaters meet the sea. The cottage is built in a contemporary style with white walls, a thatched roof and large French doors that open to the private pool and a small tropical garden.

Hibiscus’ is a 100-year-old traditional Keralan wooden house that has been restored with loving care to provide a real sense of Keralan life, with a few added luxuries!

Your private chef cooks traditional Keralan or Continental breakfast as well as lunch and dinner (vegetarian, meat or seafood options available). All meals and candlelit dinners are served al fresco in the garden just for you only.

The property has a private beach area and free use of bicycles is available. Some activities is offered in the area, such as cycling, fishing and canoeing. Kumarakom is 9.3 miles from Marari Villas – Boutique Serviced Beach Villas, while Ernakulam is 28.6 miles away.
