The journey kick starts in Delhi, further proceeding to the Taj Mahal experience and enhancing the magic in stone at the rich city of Gwalior which is full of palaces and temples. The appreciation reaches its height with Khajuraho and Orchha.

Your excitement touches a new high when you get to witness the exhaustive variety of flora and fauna in the tiger reserves at Panna, Bandhavgarh and Kanha apart from spotting the real attraction itself !

It’s a great way to explore the best of central India which is the home to few of the best temples as well as wildlife.

Outlined Itinerary

Day 01 - Delhi
Arrive Delhi, meet and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to relax and overcome the jetlag.
Day 02 - Delhi
After breakfast you will be taken on a private guided tour of Delhi. You will visit the most important sights of the city. Qutub Minar - the 239ft sandstone tower; Humayun’s Tomb; India Gate; Parliament House [exterior] and the President’s Palace. Jama Masjid - The mosque of Friday was built from 1644 to 1658. Raj Ghat where Mahatma Gandhi – The Father of Nation, was cremated; drive past the Red Fort and a chance to wander through Chandni Chowk. Later evening will be leisure.
Day 03 - Agra
This morning take the early train to Agra 0615-0812. On arrival, you will proceed for a private tour of the city visiting Agra Fort, Itmad-Ud-Daulah and a sunset visit to the Taj Mahal (closed Friday).
Day 04 - Gwalior
After breakfast, you will drive to Gwalior (3 hrs). Afternoon proceed for private guided tour of Gwalior visiting the famous Gwalior Fort and Gurjari Mahal. Surrounded by beautiful hills on three sides, Gwalioris studded with numerous monuments. The Gwalior Fort, which dominates the city, was built by Suraj Sen as a gratitude to Gwalipa, an ascetic who had cured him from leprosy.
Day 05 - Orchha
After breakfast, you will drive to Orchha (4 hrs). Afternoon is at leisure to relax and explore on own. Once the capital city of Bundela, Orchha is now just a village, set amongst a complex of well preserved palaces and temples.
Day 06 - Orchha
After breakfast you will be taken on a private guided tour of Orchha. You will visit the famous Chhatris of Orchha. Once the capital city of Bundela, Orchha is now just a village, set amongst a complex of well preserved palaces and temples.
Day 07 - Panna NP
After breakfast, you will drive to Panna en route visiting Khajuraho. Khajuraho is famous for its magnificent temples. Built by the Chandela dynasty between the 10th and 11th centuries, the temples are beautiful examples of Indo Aryan architecture, featuring exquisitely carved sculptures. In Khajuraho, you will visit the famous Eastern & Western group of Temples. After the sightseeing, you will drive to Panna (04 Hrs). Safaris included and FULL BOARD
Day 08 - Panna NP
Early morning proceed for game drive by shared jeep. After the safari, you will return to your Hotel for breakfast. The region, famous for its diamond industry, is also home to some of the best wildlife species in India and is one of the most famous Tiger Reserves in the country. Afternoon proceed for game drive by shared jeep. Safaris included and FULL BOARD
Day 09 - Panna NP
Early morning proceed for game drive by shared jeep. After the safari, you will return to your Hotel for breakfast. Afternoon proceed for game drive by shared jeep. Safaris included and FULL BOARD
Day 10 - Delhi
Breakfast is at the Hotel. Today at an appropriate time, you will be met and transferred to Khajuraho airport to board your flight for Delhi 1325-1620. Arrive Delhi and rest of the day will at leisure.
Day 11 - Delhi
Breakfast is at the Hotel. Today at an appropriate time, you will be met and transferred to Delhi International airport to connect with your homebound or onwards flight... or travel to your next destination if you would like to add to this tour.
