Overview

On your arrival at Delhi, A little relaxation to overcome the jetlag is not a bad idea as later the sightseeing tour of the city would require an energetic ‘you’. There is a variety of things one can enjoy: The grand old creations of the British Raj, the monuments which still adorn the city, the Mughal era monuments in the Old City, the noteworthy contrast between the markets in both the parts.

One is outstandingly modern and the other has successfully retained the old charm; right from the snake charmers to the bangle sellers and what not! There are museums, great food heavens and so much more. After an action packed day at Delhi, it is time to board your private jet with your wild life gear on and get ready to fly to Balaghat, which happens to be the nearest airstrip to be escorted to Kanha. This national park has been evolving into the present form right since 1879. It is one of the finest tiger reserves.

The lush green forest that is decked up with a huge variety of animals and birds - They call it the naturalist’s heaven!!Great care is always taken to preserve the ecosystems here. The next in the wild life journey is the inspiration epicentre of none other than the great Rudyard Kipling, who wrote the children’s epic- The Jungle Book. You would know why when you reach the bamboo forest canopies, the flowing streams, the elusive thickets and the lively silence this moment and the animal and the birds sound the next!!

Outlined Itinerary

Day 01 - Delhi

Arrive Delhi, meet and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is then at leisure to relax after your flight. Extra sightseeing can be arranged if you would like to explore this afternoon. There is perhaps no other capital city in the world so steeped in history and legend as India’s capital Delhi. It drew the Mongols, Turks, Persians, Afghans, Mughals and the British, all of whom contributed to its glorious but turbulent past.

Day 02 - Delhi

After breakfast you will be taken on a private guided tour of Delhi. You will visit the most important sights of the city. Qutub Minar - the 239ft sandstone tower - Humayun’s Tomb; India Gate; Parliament House [exterior] and the President’s Palace. Jama Masjid - The mosque of Friday was built from 1644 to 1658. Raj Ghat where Mahatma Gandhi – The Father of Nation, was cremated; drive past the Red Fort and a chance to wander through Chandni Chowk. Later evening will be leisure.

Day 03 - Kanha NP

Early morning transfer to Delhi domestic airport to board your charter flight for Kanha. On arrival in Kanha you will be met by Mystic India’s representative and straight transfer to Hotel. Evening proceed for game drive by shared Jeep. One of India’s largest national parks with an area of 1945 sq.km. It supports excellent wildlife and is a part of Project Tiger. Kanha became a national park in 1955 and has 22 species of mammals. Safaris included and FULL BOARD

Day 04 - Kanha NP

Early morning proceed for game drive by shared jeep. After safari, you will return to your hotel for breakfast. Afternoon proceed for game drive by shared jeep. The rest of the day in between safaris are at leisure. Safaris included and FULL BOARD

Day 05 - Kanha NP

Early morning proceed for game drive by shared jeep. After safari, you will return to your hotel for breakfast. Afternoon proceed for game drive by shared jeep. The rest of the day in between safaris are at leisure. Safaris included and FULL BOARD

Day 06 - Bandhavgarh NP

Early morning transfer to Kanha airport to board your charter flight for Bandhavgarh. On arrival in Bandhavgarh you will be met by Mystic India’s representative and straight away transferred to your Hotel. Afternoon proceed for game drive by shared jeep. Set amidst the Vindhyanchal ranges, the park covers an area of 437 sq. km. and has a series of ridges running through it. About half the park is covered with fine stands of Sal while mixed forests are found in the higher reaches of the hills. Stretches of bamboo and grasslands are found throughout. The main view area is still in the core of the park with its 32 picturesque wooded hills. Safaris included and FULL BOARD

Day 07 - Bandhavgarh NP

Early morning proceed for game drive by shared jeep. After safari, you will return to your hotel for breakfast. Afternoon proceed for game drive by shared jeep. The rest of the day in between safaris is at leisure. Safaris included and FULL BOARD

Day 08 - Bandhavgarh NP

Early morning proceed for game drive by shared jeep. After safari, you will return to your hotel for breakfast. Afternoon proceed for game drive by shared jeep. The rest of the day in between safaris is at leisure. Safaris included and FULL BOARD

Day 09 - Delhi

Early morning transfer to Bandhavgarh airport to board your charter flight for Delhi. On arrival in Delhi you will be met by Mystic India’s representative and straight away transferred to your Hotel.

Day 10 - Delhi

Breakfast is at the Hotel. Today at an appropriate time, you will be met and transferred to Delhi International airport to connect with your homebound or onwards flight... or travel to your next destination if you would like to add to this tour.
