Overview

The lush green islands of the Andaman group have a colourful historical past, with strings of invasions by the French, Dutch, Japanese and British, raging wars between settlers and the native tribes. The resorts here are not first class, more eco friendly is a better way to describe the facilities on offer, a real Robinson Crusoe experience.    

The Cellular Jail, in the capital Port Blair where hundreds of Indian revolutionaries were imprisoned during the Indian freedom struggle, still stands tall. The tropical rain forests that loom close to the seashore are home to unique species of birds, and to tribes that still haven't learned to use fire.

Outlined Itinerary

Day 01 - Chennai
The Andaman & Nicobar Islands, over 500 volcanic islands scattered in the Bay of Bengal, of which only around 30 are inhabited, with some out of bounds for the foreign traveller.
Day 02 - Havelock Island
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Chennai airport to connect with your flight to Port Blair 1000-1205. On arrival in Port Blair, you will be assisted to jetty point to board the Government ferry for Havelock Island. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your Hotel. Evening is at leisure to relax and unwind.
Day 03 - Havelock Island
After breakfast you will be at leisure to relax at your beach resort. Enjoy the local activities on offer.
Day 04 - Havelock Island
After breakfast you will be at leisure to relax at your beach resort. Enjoy the local activities on offer.
Day 05 - Havelock Island
After breakfast you will be at leisure to relax at your beach resort. Enjoy the local activities on offer.
Day 06 - Havelock Island
After breakfast you will be at leisure to relax at your beach resort. Enjoy the local activities on offer.
Day 07 - Port Blair
After breakfast, you will be transferred from Hotel to Jetty point to board Luxury Catamaran for Port Blair. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your Hotel. Evening is at leisure to relax and unwind. Sightseeing can be arranged for today to explore Port Blair, ask our specialist for details.
Day 08 - Chennai
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Port Blair airport to connect with your flight to Chennai 1240-1450. Evening is at leisure to relax and unwind.
Day 09 - Chennai
Breakfast is at the Hotel. Today at an appropriate time, you will be met and transferred to Chennai International airport to connect with your homebound or onwards flight... or travel to your next destination if you would like to add to this tour.

  • We can upgrade your private vehicle to eg; a Mercedes for around town sightseeing, but would recommend the more robust Toyota Innova or similar for longer road journeys.
  • For a more in-depth experience we can arrange for a private guide to accompany you throughout your tour, travelling with you.
