Latitude Restaurant
You don't step out to dine; you step in to gain an experience. Latitude spoils you for choice by offering a fascinating range of Continental, Goan and North Indian cuisine. The look is chic, the vibe informal. Splashes of colour, trendy furnishings, and artistic food presentations set the tone.

This trendy restaurant is built with elements of the sea. A stunning fresh, natural look during the daytime is balanced with strategic lights designed with white shades to offer a perfect evening ambience. A vibrant interactive kitchen, and an elaborate buffet spread create a special dining experience. The horse shoe shaped outdoor wooden deck seating is a delight. Feel the open air here, with the eclectic Latitude on one side and the pool overlooking the Arabian Sea on the other side.

Morisco Restaurant
Inside fresh. Outside fresh. This elegant destination, overlooking the Candolim-Calangute-Baga beach stretch, serves fresh seafood. Executive Chef Amarendra Mishra offers the finest preparations from Oriental, Continental and Goan cuisine. The live interactive kitchen works wonders with the freshest seafood. Try resisting the tiger prawns and lobsters. The celebration tables near the entrance, overlooking the sea and the beach stretch are most sought after. Come, fish here. 

II Camino Restaurant
Allora! All Italian. If that's what you want, this is the place. The illumination, the paintings on the wall and the chimney in the centre of the restaurant add to the rustic charm. “Il Camino” means “The Chimney” in Italian. The circular shape of the restaurant gives it an easy flowing feel. Adding to the latest innovations is the open show kitchen where a large pizza oven bakes delightful thin crust pizzas.

The Italian buffet spread features a huge array of antipasti, soups and mains along with a huge dessert selection complete with chocolate fountain. The restaurant has large French windows overlooking the Arabian Sea. Reserve a celebration tables near the pool side before someone else does. 

SFX Bar
SFX, the lounge bar, brings exotic beverages and a unique brand of nightlife to the seaside. Quench your thirst for eclectic style. Soak in the vital, modern interiors. The Martini Bar shoulders Morisco. This is the space, with bar stools under the Goan sky, to savour tall cool drinks with a stunning view of Arabian Sea over the fort bastion and the swimming pool.
