The cuisine is originally Keralese, and is prepared according to your wishes. We use only fresh ingredients from our own garden and from a farm with organic cultivation Fish, prawns, crabs and mussels are caught in the lake or the nearby sea.

Dine wherever you like, take your breakfast at your pool or at the picturesque water lily pond, enjoy your lunch in the shadow of a tree, and dinner in the gleam of oil lamps by art objects in the museum.
